Submission Guidelines
We try to keep our submission process straightforward, especially knowing how busy clinical and research environments can be. Authors should prepare their manuscripts in a clear academic style and include enough methodological detail for others to understand or replicate the work.
Here’s what we generally expect:
1. Manuscript Types We Accept
-
Original research
-
Clinical evaluations or small-scale implementations
-
Methodological papers
-
Reviews (systematic or narrative)
-
Perspectives, short communications, or commentary
2. Basic Structure
Most research papers should include:
-
Title and authors
-
Abstract (structured if possible)
-
Introduction
-
Methods
-
Results
-
Discussion
-
Conclusion
-
References
Other article types may follow a more flexible structure.
3. Formatting
We’re not strict about formatting on first submission—clarity matters more. If the manuscript moves toward acceptance, we may ask for small adjustments.
4. Figures and Tables
These should be clear and necessary. Provide high-quality images and label everything so readers can understand without guessing.
5. Ethical Statements
Any work involving patient data, human subjects, or clinical settings must include the appropriate ethics approval and consent details.
6. Conflicts of Interest & Funding
Please disclose all relevant information so readers can interpret the work fairly.
7. Submission
Manuscripts are submitted through our online system (or email, if applicable). Once received, authors will get a confirmation and an estimated review timeline.
Our goal is to keep the process smooth and transparent while maintaining strong academic standards.
