The ARC: Journal of AI in Clinical Practice, published by ARC Academic Press, operates under a fully open-access publishing model. All published articles are freely accessible worldwide, promoting global visibility and knowledge dissemination without subscription or paywall restrictions.
To support the costs of high-quality open-access publishing—including peer review, editorial management, digital hosting, and long-term archiving—the journal charges a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee applies only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Waiver and Discount Policy
ARC is committed to supporting researchers worldwide by offering partial or full APC waivers in specific cases. Waivers may be granted when:
· The corresponding author is based in a low-income or lower-middle-income country (as defined by the World Bank)
· The author lacks access to research grants or institutional funding
· The waiver request is submitted before or during the peer review process
Waiver decisions are made by the editorial office after careful review of each request.

Refund Policy
· All APC payments are non-refundable.
· Operational expenses are incurred once the peer review and publication process begins and cannot be reversed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
· Manuscript withdrawal after acceptance
· Changes in the journal’s indexing status
· Impacts due to third-party ranking or evaluation changes

· Authors should ensure that datasets, code, and AI models associated with their study are accessible and reproducible, where possible.
